MGH Return Policy
- MGH will have a 1-year warranty for all its parts and accessories.
- MGH will give a full credit back based on the current selling website price or the original purchase price, whichever is lower. No exchanges, replacements, or refunds will be given.
General RMA information and Terms
- For any missing items, defective items, or items damaged in transit, you must notify the customer service team within 5 business days upon delivery and submit an RMA through our website for our approval.
- All RMA are subject to MGH’s approval. Do not send items back unless we have given the authorization to do so. Any package without an RMA identification number or invoice will not be processed.
- Any RMA that has been rejected can be sent back to the client at the client’s expense or will be tossed.
- All returns must be in the original packaging along with the warranty seal. If not, the RMA will be denied.
- Once we have received your RMA and have inspected the return items, please allow 3 business days for the store credit to be applied on your account.
- Customers are responsible for making sure MGH receives the RMA items. The return shipping cost is at the sole responsibility of the buyer, and in the case of insufficient postage at time of delivery, MGH reserves the right to refuse the package.
- Any updates (approve, reject, follow up requests, etc.) regarding the RMA can be found under your account. Customers are responsible for keeping track of any updates regarding their returns.
Company Policies and Disclaimer
- MGH is not liable for damages due to mishandling, technician error, or lost return items by the courier during transit.
- MGH is not responsible for courier delays that are out of our control.
- MGH is only liable for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to test all parts and to check all items have been received once the package is delivered.
