- Seller to pay for return shipping if the product is defective or missing in transit.
- Buyer to pay return shipping for incorrect address, buyer’s remorse, and non-product related issues.

- KIQ Parts is not liable for damages due to mishandling or installation error
- KIQ Parts is not responsible for courier delays that are out of our control.
- KIQ Parts is only liable for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to test all parts and to check all items have been received once the package is delivered.
- All RMA are subject to the approval of KIQ Parts. Do not send items back unless we have given the authorization to do so. Any package without an RMA identification number or invoice will not be processed.
- All returns must be in the original packaging along with the warranty seal. All parts may be taken out of the original packaging ONLY to be lightly tested. However, if they are soldered, heavily used, or glued onto the housing, the item can no longer be returned.
How to Return
- Log into your account
- Go to My Orders => Return

- Check the box for the item you want to return
- fill out the section next to the item you want to return
- Agree to the return policy
- "Submit request"

- Go back to your returns account. Allow 2 – 4 business days for us to process your return request. Once the return is approved, you will see the status changed to "AUTHORIZED"

- Once you click into the return, you will see a button to print shipping label. Print out the return label and drop it off at your local USPS post office to send the item back
- You will see the carrier and the tracking number for your reference
- Once you have dropped off the package, please submit a comment letting us know you have sent the item back
